How Do I Keep Myself Healthy With With Work Timimgs From 4pm To 2am?

How can i stay healthy with a second shift work schedule?
I'm to be starting a job working 4 pm to 2 am, working second shift and 10 hour days, I'm not sure how to adjust. When would it be healthy to eat,my blood sugar can get low if I don't keep food in my system at adequate times. I'm used to getting to sleep by 11pm and getting up at about 8 am. I feel good running on these hours. How do I start transitioning? How do I keep myself to the best of my ability and alert through my shift as well as for the drive home?

Dear Sir,

Your body will automatically adjust to your work timings , nothing much needs to be done except try to keep your sleep timings uniform whatever they may be . Try to include seasonal fruits and vegetables in your diet .
