How Do I Know Ovulation Time?

Hi Doctor Samuel, I have 3 girls and look forward for a boy. I understand that the most advisable time to make love is during ovulation time but my period is not regular. My last period were on 16 June, 12 May and 10 April. How do I know my ovulation time. Kindly advice. Appreciate it. Thank you very much.

Hello,

Ovulation occurs approx 14 days prior to next period due date and your fertile days will be from 11th to 19th day of each 28-32 days cycle.

You can use ovulation prediction kit or LH kit to predict ovulation time in the middle of cycle and you will prepare for that day to do unprotected sex to enhance pregnancy chance.

Take Folic acid supplement for 3 months. Good luck.
