How Do I Maintain My Sugar Levels Without Exercise And Diet For Diabetes?

hi i am a diabetic since 2 years and my age is 31. previously i used to take half of the glizid m tablrt in the morning and 1 cetapin xr 500 for after dinner. then after some days of taking diet and with regular exercise it was under control so i stopped medicine but when i have amoderate food and not doing exercise my sugar levels are increasing slightly. so please suggest me how can i maintain my sugar levels in normal range. what i have to do for that.

Hello

Diet and exercise can only substitute drugs but can not replace it. Once you're diagnosed with diabetes then treatment is for Life.
I would like to advise my patient to maintain FBS below 110 mg / dl & PPBS below 160 mg / dl.
Exercise 45 mins a day.
Diet should contain whole grains, vegetables, fruit & greens.
Consult your doctor and restart your OHA'S.
Monitor the blood sugar regularly and keep regular appointment with your doctor.
