How Do You Take Zanaflex ....Can You Take Tylenol 3

How do you take zanaflex ....Can you take Tylenol 3 and this drug together without side effect...The er doctor placed my mother on mobic an nsaid drug ..She only has one kidney ..due to kidney disease. She is a diabetic and has several types of bone diseases plus a deterioating spine. She is also on blood pressure medicine and Lioresal 10mg. She was placed on muscle relaxer for a siatic nerve with hot and cold compresses. How should we take care of her ? She has trouble balancing herself as it is. The zanaflex are 4 mg.
