How Does AIDS Spread?

hello, i have a question regarding AIDS. If the boy that sits next to me cuts himself because hes emo, and lets say he covers up his cuts with marker marks. and i accidently scratched my finger, (the scratch was really tiny) and the girl that sits next to me marks my scratch wit the markers the emo kid used to cover his cuts, does that mean i can catch AIDS if lets say the emo kid has AIDS? We are all 14?
