Hello,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. The medication you have been prescribed is useful in the management of sexual dysfunction and is not a fertility drug. As you have always had irregular cycles, your ovulation status should be established before proceeding with further management. You need a couple evaluation. A complete physical exam, hormone assay, sonogram of the pelvis, tubal patency tests, routine blood counts and urinalysis should be done. Please see a specialist for further information. Hope this helps.
