How Does Fertab Help In Regularizing Periods?

Hi doc, actually im got irregular maturation and from six months planning to conceive, im using tab. Dimet regularly but not any hope today again i got periods by using duphaston and my doc as me to use tab. Fertab from 2nd day im abit confuse what is the role of fertab aur what's the basic reason of irregular maturation?
