My husband has been using kerasAL ON HIS TOE NAILS AND IT LOOKS LIKE THE NAILS HAVE BEEN GETTING SHORTER AND WE CAN SEE THE BED BUT THEY DONT HURT. DOES THE BAD NAIL GO away and anew nail one the bed of the nail get a new nail how should it work he is on hie third tube
