Mam I want to know should I go for this medicine or I should try again. Any side effect of this medicine and how it works? Thanks, Priyanka
Hello dear I understand your concern Siphene contain clomiphene citrate and used for infertility in case of ovulatory dysfunction. Clomifene inhibits estrogen receptors in the hypothalamus, inhibiting negative feedback of estrogen on gonadotropin release, leading to up-regulation of the hypothalamic–pituitary–gonadal axis. It should be taken first 5-6 days of the cycle. It cause minor side effects like reversible ovarian enlargement, hot flash, blurred vision. Reproductive hormone analysis, USG scan and ovarian follicle study will help in the diagnosis. Avoid stress, take healthy diet with vitamin and antioxidant supplements Do regular exercise. Hope this may help you
