Welcome to HealthcareMagic forum. Ananas diet capsules are a herbal preparption prepared from ananas extract. Only the company marketing those capsules say that it is effective. There are no long term double blinded clinical trials available to support them.So, scientifically speaking, their efficacy and safety is still not proven up to the mark.
