How Does Asprin Help You During A Heart Attack ?

I ve heard from several people that taking an Asprin while they were having a heart attack saved their lives, but they never told me how it helps save you.. Perhaps one of you can tell me the info. Thanks!

It doesn't. It reduces the chances of having a heart attack as it thins the blood. Whilst you're having a heart attack, it's too late. You'll be thinking about getting to hospital.
