Hello dear
Understand your concern
Surgical abortion can cause less bleeding as compared to medical abortion. Generally bleeding will last only for 7 days. Bleeding after 2 week of surgical abortion is something abnormal. Brown color means blood remain in uterus for long time and then it will come (stale blood). So may be possibility of incomplete abortion/retain product of pregnancy, vaginal infections/pelvic infections. So consult the gynecologist and get the USG scan done to confirm the incomplete abortion that require misoprostol/ D & C procedure.
Infections can be treated by the the antibiotics course like cefixime.
Hope this may help you
Best regards
