I was very careful regarding walking down them without my walker. Well, the hospital took a almost my whole body. My spine is bad. they took a ct scan of my spine without contrast. They said my c-5, c-6, and c6-c7 have degenerative disk disease. I ve lived with my pain , Can you explain to me, What happens to me when it get s worse
Hi, As you got osteoartheritis of cervical spines, in future you might get pinched nerve pressure causing backache, pain in upper limbs, tingling and numbness of upper extremities etc. Take Calcium and Vitamin A and D supplements. Go for physiotherapy to prevent further changes in cervical spondilitis. Ok and take care.
