Hello!

Thank you for asking on HCM!

I understand your concern and would like to explain that there are many disorders, in which it is recommendable to perform aerobic exercises.

Anxiety is one of them, especially in person who work in office. This helps them to manage better their anxiety and the tachycardia related to this disorder.

High values of plasma cholesterol and high blood pressure are other disorders, in which aeorbics is very helpful.

Maybe the explanation of aerobics would not be just "just make his heart pump faster and function more efficiently", but also have a healthy body and mind.

The benefits of aerobics include many systems of organs and are not restricted only in the heart.

Hope to have been helpful!

Best regards,

Dr. Iliri
