What would happen if blood sugar remains high and left untreated for months I am taking glipezide but they put me on insulin and I am to scared to take it because I am scared of needles and there is a four week wait on the diabetic pen what s gonna happen to me

HI thanks .i understand yr concern regarding to high bood sugar...it may cause eye problems ..kidney problems .and may cause diabetic keto acidosis .u should control blood sugar by yr dietry and by exersice...but if it is not control with oral drugs then u should took insulin
