General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
You had sex on friday and took plan B pill on wednesday.
Plan B pill is effective in preventing pregnancy only when taken with in 72 hours of sex.
So Plan B pill in your case will not prevent unwanted pregnancy.

Following are features of implantation bleeding:
Occur around the time of menstruation
Just like mild bleeding or just like spotting
Brownish to pinkish color
Just for 1-2 days
Associated with mild abdominal cramp

Plan B pill can cause delay in period by 1-2 weeks.
If period will delay by more than 2 weeks then undergo urine pregnancy test and or blood HCG test to confirm pregnancy by consulting gynecologist.
Avoid stress, take healthy diet, drink plenty of water, do regular exercise and maintain proper pelvic hygiene
Hope this may help you

Contact further if follow up needed
Best regards
Dr. Sagar
