How does it feel when you are having a heart attack? i was wondering this because my uncle passed away from a heart attack and i was just kind of wondering what it felt like. Some say that the pain is unbearable, some say it feels like someone is gripping your chest. And one last thing- how is your pulse when you are having a heart attack? And just one more thing- what age can you have a heart attack? Please give me some info on this. angel, i m sorry about your dad, but since you didn t read the whole thing, my uncle DID pass away from a heart attack. Well I had a major heart attack at age 31 100% blockage and the symptoms i had felt like a elephant standing on my chest ,couldn't hardly breath ,neck pain all the way to my chin ,when ever i got up and tried to walk it would get alot worst ,bad pain in shoulder blade and the pain is excruciation i had 4 shots of morphine and didn't take the pain away .Very very scarey
