How Does Mild Dilation Of Pelvicalycael System Differ From Urethra?

What is the difference between Mild dilatation of pelvicalycael system & mild dilatation of entire LT uretra & splitting of pelvicalycael system & mild splitting of entire LT Uretra. No renal calculus or cortical scarring. Presently, I am taking Himplasia tab. for enlarged prostrate. I had long history of stone problems in Kidney and uretra. I am also a heart patient...and takes medicines like clopilet A 150, stator 20 & BP medicines.

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

The urinary tract in a male consists of the kidneys, ureter, bladder, urethra and prostate.

The pelvicalcyceal system is part of the kidneys. It is the part of the kidneys that then leads into the ureter.
Ureter then leads to the bladder- prostate-urethra

The results indicate that there is increased size of the ureter and the pelivicalcycael system.

NO stone or scars of the kidneys are seen.

I hope this helps
