i am having work related stress, anxity and depression. i consulted a psychatist and he has prescribed nexito 10mg and lonazep 1mg. How does this work to cure the problem? How long typically medication needs to be taken? what are the sideeffects? I am 73kg weight and 165cm height and 35 yrs old working in a IT concern

Nexito contains escitalopram and it is an antidepressant. It would help you to control underline depression and anxiety symptoms. You have to take it for 6 to 9 months. There are few side effects like gastritis, nausea, sexual dysfunction, anxiety etc, but these symptoms would stay only for few days.
