Hello and welcome to HCM,
Presence or absence of spleen does not affect the blood alcohol levels.
Absence of spleen due to previous surgery predisposes an individual to infections by encapsulated bacteria like pnemococcus, streptococcus etc.
Rest nothing else is affected by absence of spleen.
Alcohol levels will show up in blood when you have taken alcohol, however, it does not necessarily mean that you are intoxicated.

Thanks and take care
