How Does One Abort The Pregnancy?

hi I am 23 yrs old Female 5'4" 60 kg. I got pregnancy recently(1 month).My last month period started on 21st july and I had sex with my fiancee on 6th August. Today I took home pregnancy test with pregnancy kit and it came possitive. Now i want to abort my pregnancy as I am not married now. My marriage will be in October.

Hi dear and thanks for your query.

First you should have an ultrasound done to determine that your pregnancy is intrauterine ,and than your gynecologist can propose you methods of abortion.
There are some methods but since your pregnancy is so small you can try with medical method.
Be calm and consult with your doctor.
