How Does Pcod Affect Pregnancy?

my name is chinnu. few days b4 i am miscarriage my pregnancy after that scanning report mentioned pcod (polycystic overian diesease)is it any coplications for my next pregnancy? i heard that this is lot of stages also so jst need to know which stage is affect me now? can you help me doctor?

hi,there are no stages in pcod first of all.yes pcos patients are at a higher risk for miscarriages because of progesterone deficiency.so next time you conceive start taking tab susten 200 mg twice a day and inj proluton depot 500 mg once weekly from the beginning till 18 weeks to prevent miscarriage.also start with folic acid supplementation from 3 months prior to trying to conceive.all the best and take care.
