Hello doctor,i am trying to conceive since 4 years i was operated for endometriosis 3 years back i was on clofert for 6 months had 3 cycles of iui but failed and right now my doctor has put me on placentrex injections for 5 days continuously.. may i know how does placentrex injection help me
