Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.Jaundice in late pregnancy can be due to:
1. Hepatitis
2. Obstetric cholestasis
3. Acute fatty liver of pregnancy.
All the three are emergency conditions, and should be treated accordingly. Delivery should be done as required.
Hope you found the answer helpful. Please do get back for further queries.
Wishing you both good health.
Regards
Dr Deepti Verma
