My boyfriend has told me that he has three small heart valve leakage how did this come about?
What can we do to reduce the risk of it getting worse. How does this affect him during intercourse due to heart accelaration?

It's usually a congenital condition, but can also result from having rheumatic fever. There are some medications that his doctor may prescribe and will likely want to monitor things on a regular basis and may decide at some point that a valve replacement is necessary. His doctor needs to advise him about exercise and other types of exertion such as sex.
