How Early Can HIV Infection Be Detected After A Possible Exposure?

I had unprotected sex on 20.10.17 with a professional sex worker and i did cmia test on 14.11.17 which came negative and on 3.12.17 eclia test which cane negative and rapid test on 7.12.17 which was negative and on 27.12.17 cmia test which came negative. Pls advice as i always feel that my test may turn possitive anytime

Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
The window period for HIV infection is 6-8 weeks after the exposure. So you are almost sure that you are not infected with HIV.
In rare instance it may be delayed up to 12 weeks after the risky contact.
If your HIV test remains nonreactive even after 12 weeks you can be 100% sure that you are free from HIV infection.
