How Early Can HIV Infection Be Diagnosed After A Possible Exposure?

Hello there! I recently got tested for HIV and STD s, more than 30 days after my last encounter and i was clean. I did the HIV RNA test so i know i was clean. The thing is that the night before i got tested i met with a guy. We kissed (deep kiss) and i gave him oral but less than a minute because i was afraid of stds. My concern is that i have bleeding gums that bleed a lot (i could taste the blood in my mouth after a while) and i m also afraid this guy is a drug user. He couldn t get an erection and his similar ads on craigslist said he does pnp. Should i get tested again? I m so worried! Thank you in advance!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello welcome to the health care magic.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advise.

You are having bleeding gum problem and so minor truma can be there in mouth along with inflammation. In such condition STD infection can spread as normal mucosa might be breached.
So I suggest you to get investigated for sexually transmitted diseases.

Hope I have solved your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
