How Early Can Menopause Start?

How early can early menopause start? I m 38 and habe always had regular periods. For the last 6 to 8 months they have been irregular or missed altogether. My libido has dwindled down to barely existent and I have mood swings irratibility similar to what I would get with pms but much more frequent. Oh, and the vaginal dryness...

It usually starts in a woman's 40s, but can start in her 30s or even earlier.
Some symtoms are:
-Hot flashes
-Breast tenderness
-Lower sex drive
-Fatigue
-Irregular periods
-Vaginal dryness; discomfort during sex
-Urinary urgency (an urgent need to urinate more frequently)
-Mood swings
-Trouble sleeping
