How Early Can Pregnancy Be Detected?

Sir we had unprotected sex on 21 September.and took ipill after 5 hours and next day we again intimated but not ejaculated in vagina..and next day(23 th September) we again intimated and used condom..but not sure whether the condom was leaking or not..so we take a pregnancy test by prega news in 23 rd September..it shows nagetive..is this the correct result? Or after how many days this test should be done??

Pregnancy can be detected as early as on first day of missed period. Please repeat the test after 3 days.
