How Effective Is 3 Months Hormonal Treatment Course For Poly Cystic Ovaries?

I am Khushbu and in sonography both ovaries show multiple small anechoic follicles peripherically with central echogenic stroma s/o polycystic ovarian disease. Doctor told to go for 3 months hormonal treatment course. Should I go for it or consult some other doctors as well and then see what treatment needs to be done on the basis of all doctors views
