How Effective Is Gensar In Treatment Of Ovarian Cancer?

Hi my name is Donna, I have ovarian cancer, my first chemo was very strong but successful.. I do not remember the name of it. my cancer returned and they tried me on a chemo called, I think doxial, not sure but it did not have any effect, we then went to. Then we went to Topotecan. this to has not showen to be effective. my doctor now says we could try Gensar to see if it might work. I would like to know success rate and side effects. I am 65 yrs old. I was first diagnosed in Sept 2013.
