How Effective Is Parush Jeevan Tablets For Muscle Growth?

Hello! My body is very lean even after doing gym for continous 1 year I hardly find any difference in me. I do not want to take proteins and weight gainers because mostly these supplements are non vegetarian and I am very strict vegan. My gym trainer suggest me parush jeevan tablets for muscle growth would it be good for muscle gaining? And does it has any side effects. ?
