How Effective Is A Second Laparoscopy?
Hi, I am 32 and TTC since, 1.5 years. I was diagnosed with endometriosis and had underwent Laproscopy in Sept, 13. I went for three injections of lupradex and again tried to conceive since, Feb, 14. I underwent IUI in Jun, 14 and conceived; however, the fetus had no heartbeat and hence, the pregnancy was aborted. I underwent two IUIs in Nov,14 and Dec,14; however, I am not able to conceive. My Doctor is suggesting a second laproscopy and then IVF; however, I feel if there is no scope of natural pregnancy, there is no point in spending on second laproscopy. I can rather directly go for IVF. But my Doctor says the chances for IVF are only 25 % in my case. Please advise.

rightlythe pregnancy was aborted. he has rightly said the chances are 25%. ultimatly you haveto take decision and noprocedure can give you gurenty.
