How Effective Is Betadine,graze Instead Of Dettol?

Could I have an opinion on what I should use on a graze,betadine or dettol,I was told that the difference between the two was that dettol would kill good bacteria as well as bad,could someone give me a staight forward laymans answer to this.Thanks already Niels
