How Effective Is Clofert?

I am 35 yrs old trying to have a 3rd child. My last child is 5 years old and I have been on a pill from 2005 to 2009 June. I saw a doctor who prescribed clofert which i am now taking for 5 days after 2nd of my menses..i just want to know how effective this clofert is? Thank you
