How Effective Is Cycloreg ?

Hi, I had cycloreg to start off with regulation of my periods. I took two tablets ( Morn and Night) a day on 13th and 14th of this month. I have still not got my periods. I am doing this on the advice of my doctor. Is it common for a delay in the periods even after cycloreg? Just curious. Thanks.
