How Effective Is Postinor To Avoid Pregnancy?

i am ovaltiing today and i just had sex,i took postinor 2 about three hours after.How effect is this to aviod pregancy and by the way i have taken postinor 2 and the ipill early up in the month. i heard the more u use it the less effective it is.but i also hear u can take up to 4 tablets a month

Hi,
I have gone through your query and i can understand your anxiety.

If you have taken postinor 2 within 24 hours, 95% chance of preventing pregnancy & within 72 hours, 58% chance of preventing  & after 72hrs, results are not sure.

But it’s repeated intake can also results in side effects like tiredness, nausea and vomiting ,stomach pain, diarrhoea, dizziness, headache, tender breasts, increased vaginal bleeding and skin reactions.
