How Effective Is Propygenta NF Cream For Mole Like Lesions On Skin?

Hi,
I have a skin condition. I have moles like things in one arm. They grow outwards. I used propygenta NF cream as suggested by a dermatologist. The mole like lesions retreat and cure. But it takes a long time and leave a decolouration on the skin. Can you advice about this cream and my skin condition.

Hi,

Propygenta NF cream is a combined cream of steroid with gentamycine. This can never cure the mole. And if your lesion regresses due to this cream, then the diagnosis would be revised. So, you consult dermatologist and have proper diagnosis and treatment. If it is a mole, then it may be removed surgically under local anaesthesia. I hope you got my answer.
