How Effective Is Taking Rimroz Tablets For Fibroadenoma?

hi, i'm a 22 yr old female diagnosed wit a fibroadenoma under my right axila region and my surgeon has been prescribing me rimroz tablets. and as long as i take them, its fine but as son as i stop my lymph nodes get enlarged and painfull. do i nee surgery? can this become malignant?

Hello,
Get one thing clear fibroadenoma is a benign tumor of breast and it has negligible chances of conversion to malignant one even if it is big.
Second thing there is no specific treatment for this condition.And tablets you are using may have some benefits.
Third thing lets have regular checkups to see any increase in size or associated pain so that your doctor can decide a surgical procedure that also a minor excision surgery with small scar.hope this helps.
