How Effective & Safe Is Taking Femare For Conceiving?

we are in treatment for last 3 months, using femare 2-6 th day, than 7th day i took some injection. 9th day when i went doctor scanned and told me that the follicle is big, try for intercourse, please advise whether there is chance of prgnancy this time or we have to wait for next cycle
