How Fast I Can Conceive After A Miscarriage?

Hi, i just had a miscarrige on 23/12/11 no dnc was done and my BetaHcg is back to normal. Would it be possible for me to get pregnant straight after the next ovulation? I am ovulating right now. When is the best time for me to check for pregancy test because right now, im having a symptoms of headache, forgetfulness, tenderness on the breast and nausea. Do u think imight be pregnant right now cause test kit still showing negative.

Ovulation returns fairly rapidly after abortion within 20-60 days.
So it is possible to get pregnant straight after the next ovulation.
How do you know you are ovulating now? Are you using ovulation kit?
Do the pregnancy test 2 weeks after ovulation.
Pregnancy does not happen at the time of ovulation. You cannot detect pregnancy at the time of ovulation. So there is no use doing the test now.
