How Harmful Is It To Climb Stairs On 7th Day After Egg Transfer?

I m accidentally climbing a stairs on 7th days after Egg Transfer .. I m worried a bit because haven t noticed that I m suppose to be extra carefull on this. Now I m prefer to be resting at home instead going out.. Afraid doing something wrong again.. Appreciate for your advice. TQ.

Hi,
It is true that rest is indeed needed while the embryo is expected to implant. Abstinence and travel and exertion re strictly forbidden during this stage. Now, if you were forced to exert and having already climbed stairs, all you have to do is wait and watch and taking care that you do not do any further exertion. Most often, no harm is done for a one time exercise; in fact, many women in their early pregnancies regularly climb stairs. So, take rest and go for regular follow up and just relax. Hope this helps.
