How I Can Confirm If I Have Testicular Torsion?

Hello, I have a question about my testicles, basically about 2 weeks ago i had just finished exercising when I noticed that my left testicle appeared to have turned 180 degrees around, there is no pain, even when I touch them or turn them slightly. I have heard about testicular torsion but symptoms of torsion include sudden pain..it's been 2 weeks and no pain. I'm just abit worried about this , if there is no pain, should i just not worry about it? Or should I see my general practitioner???

Many thanks

Arron.

hiiii
if u have testicular torsion than u might have sever pain
pain that are unconrolable along with readness over ur scrotam
1st method to identify by just palpitation which is done by surgeon
2 nd method is confermetry that is ultrasonography by which u have confirm it
as my opinion u dnt have torsion

if u have pain when u touches it thats mean it might be due to orchitis or may be due to varicocele
go for USG and be relax
thank u
