How I Can Stop Masturbation During Sleep

My boyfriend constantly is telling me that i masturbate in my sleep. Apparently i have done this for years, unknowingly! I am 28 yr old female. I do not consume caffeine generally at all. I have a healthy and consistent sexual relationship! What can i do to stop this? Its humuliating!

its not seems likely for a girl to masturbate while being in sleep. In a boy, there can be nightfall in sleep, still he also cant masturbate.
I feel you need not to worry about it. dont get anxious without any reason and enjoy your sexual relationships fully.
