hi dear ..at the begining i would like to tell u methods of transmission of hiv :blood transfusion and sexual contact without condom and sharing tooth brushes and percutanous injury with needle or other procedures contaminated with hiv.....althaugh hiv is avery weak virus and its chance to be transmitted is about 0.3% but we take it seriously as it is hiv ...i advice u to avoid sexual contact with any infected personnel as it is very important for ur health...using condom protect u alot...kissing is approved by some studies to transmit hiv althaugh it is rare....ur question about kissing if u have std or bacteria is yes my dear...kissing help tansmit bacteria and viruses because of contact with mucous membrane...i know that kissing is pleasure but we must take care of our health..alot of infectious diseases can transmit by kissing ...simply influenza ,herpes simplex,diphteria,mumps,others ....so take care of ur healthy life and ur partner....thank u
