How Is Okasa Abortion Kit Used?

I use a pregnecey kit & find report positive I check it two times & both find positive . its last date of period was 16-10-2012 . after this my wife has been taken a abortion kit of okasa after taking it's abortion started after two hours she take two tablet & two are panding now, what should take remaining?

Understand your concern
Abortion pill should be used under supervision of gynecologist after getting proper guidance and after confirming intrauterine pregnancy of less than 63 days by transvaginal USG scan.
According to standard procedure , 600 mg mifepristone should be followed by misoprostol 400 ug vaginally by gynecologist after 48 hour.If required another 400 ug should be given after 4 hour.


As you already take 2 tablet and bleeding is started means abortion is started. If bleeding just more than period with tissue and blood clots has been passed suggest abortion is started.
But extra dose requirement can be decide by gynecologist.
So better to consult the gynecologist and take remaining dose under its supervision to prevent complication like incomplete abortion.
Follow up visit at 7th day and USG scan should be done at 14th day to confirm retain product of abortion.
Rest for 48 hour, analgesic, antibiotic, healthy diet with iron and vitamin supplements should be advisable.
Use safe sex practice to avoid unwanted pregnancy.
