How Is Plan-B Different From Other Emergency Contraception?
SOS. I typically have periods with 3 or 4 months in between. I went to the gynecologist to get an IUD, and they gave me Provera to take for 10 days so I could start my period and the IUD could be I surfed. I m on day 4 and my boyfriend came into town 9 days ago. I took a pregnancy test bc I can t stop peeing, and it came up positive. If I take plan b will it terminate the pregnancy? Will the medicine I m currently taking terminate it? I don t want to get an abortion. Please help!

As you explain the situation yes it might be that Provera can stop the pregnancy. I suggest you to stop taking it and to see your gynecologist to do an ultrasound for you or you can do a blood test bHCG to see if the pregnancy continues.
