Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

The risk for transmission of STD/HIV through fingering is negligible. STD/HIV causing organisms are highly fragile and vulnerable for environmental factors and not able to be viable over external keratinised skin. Moreover washing in sea water equals to washing in saline, a disinfectant. So nothing to worry.
