Hi, I m getting married in a month and have a tendency of developing mild acne. I drink plenty of water and avoid eating spicy foods.I am using faceclin gel at night and sebamed moisturing cream and sun spray in the afternoon. It has been a week and still I haven t noticed any difference in my skin. I also have a lot of bumps and acne marks on shoulders and back. Request you to suggest the best solution to my problem as I don t have much time to experiment.
Acne vulgaris is a multifactorial skin disease with genetic tendency. Kindly consult the dermatologist for the proper treatment.
I would suggest...
- minocycline 50 mg cap daily for few months - clindamycine gel to apply on the lesions - wash the face with cetaphil liquid - avoid stress and anxiety
Hope this would help.
