How Is Heart Enlargement Usually Treated?

I went fri afternoon and had a cat scan of my chest. Blood work showed possible lung blood clot. Turns out enlarged heart. Yes I m overweight. I had lost a lot and then my job got stressful. Anyway. So this was the end of the day fri. Waiting for insurance to approve Ecg. How long should I expect that to take? Should I go to work Monday? What are the likely treatments? Should I take aspirin.

I recommend you to go along with your physician advise. and kindly do not take self medication. if you can visit your physician soon it ll be of great help to you. simple exercises do help after the physician clearance.
